As well as being our new build property expert, Charlie's specialist role is to support clients from point of contact. He listens carefully to a client's needs to understand what they are looking for, and then advises and guides them as they begin their exciting journey with Micasamo Realty.
As clients start their journey of discovery with Micasamo, Charlie presents options available for new properties in the region. He dedicates time to learning as much about each client as possible to gain an in-depth understanding of individual needs and property criteria. Charlie is also responsible for creating exclusive viewing trip itineraries.
Having emigrated to Spain from the UK with his family when he was just 11 years old, Charlie offers real-life expertise on what it's like to move and settle abroad. He says, it's the best decision his parents ever made!
Charlie has a genuine love of Spain and offers two-decades-worth of invaluable local knowledge. Before moving into real estate, Charlie taught English as a foreign language, before running a bar and then working in construction.
Charlie has a natural ability to connect with people. He loves to share his knowledge and wisdom and genuinely loves helping our clients to achieve their dream of moving to Spain. He says:
